Process

• These reviews often include individuals from the operations and maintenance group(s) for a given facility The project team prepares the construction documents (CD) and the project is put out to bid

• Addenda are issued as required to clarify the bid documents

• Bids are received and the contract(s) is awarded to the successful bidder(s) and Construction begins
